Bobby and Benny came to me as weanlings from Lucky Hart Ranch, ND. I think I can proudly state that
they are the ONLY breeding stallions in Manitoba that are owned,
trained and shown National Champion, National Top Ten driving stallions.
Brody Jones Training got me started with Bobby, but Benny has been all mine from
the ground up. Right from cleaning his stall, trimming his feet to all
training/showing!

The first time I saw this little guy I had the
"feeling" you get when you know he is the one. The same
feeling I had when purchasing "Bobby" from Renee. I
looked at and decided on others but kept coming back to Benny. When Renee would only sell half of him, I went for
that. BUT I've WORN her down and she has agreed to let me have
him! I know that Benny and I
are in for the long haul. Thanks for trusting me with him!
FLASH, in 2007 more than one judge told us Benny was built to drive.

JUDGES WERE RIGHT! 2008 NATIONAL TOP TEN IN ALL HIS DRIVING
CLASSES WITH BEING HOOKED LESS THAN 10 TIMES!!!! I
can't believe it, but this little stallion is really
something. All I wanted from him at 2008 Nationals was nice
clean drives and stay in between the shafts. After all he is the
first horse I have trained to drive. I never dreamed that he
would place top ten in all his Pleasure Driving classes! He was just
to cool to believe.

At AMHR
Nationals over the years Bobby has entered 27 classes, he has walked away
with 23 Top Ten awards, I Reserve National Championship and 1 National
Championship. That means he walked away without a ribbon in only TWO
classes. His yearling futurity class and the only liberty
class he had ever been entered in.....he was just having to much fun
running around that arena and so didn't do the required trot. Bobby
is not just a show horse, his job at home is looking after a herd of mares
and being "THE MAN". In my opinion he is one
incredible horse!

will start his driving career. This "Blonde Bomb Shell" is
an athlete as well! Watch for him. We are going to have

Lightning has a superb pedigree; not only is he a
paternal grandson of Buckeroo, but his maternal granddam is Johnston's
Vanilla, dam of Buckeroo, and this heritage is showing through in his
foals. Lightning foals tend to have pretty heads, long, laid back
shoulders & upright necks as well as level top lines. If that
isn't enough, he also passes on his elegant movement and "look at
me" attitude to his offspring. Color is a bonus; Lightning is a
cremello, so is 100% sure to throw color-buckskin, palomino and smoky
black. While Lightning hasn't been shown, his foals are proving themselves
in the show ring, all the way from local to National level.
